Vision House is an innovative and passionate company dedicated to buying properties in poor condition and transforming them into revitalized and attractive spaces for resale. 

We aim to acquire neglected properties and transform them into exceptional residences. With a combination of intelligent design, expert workmanship and meticulous attention to detail, we give each property a new lease of life and personality.

With an approach centered on quality, creativity and a commitment to sustainable development, we are dedicated to creating a lasting legacy of revitalized spaces that inspire and delight.

To do this, we turn to investors who act as passive financiers, providing the capital needed to finance the acquisition and renovation of properties and, in return, share in the profits generated by the resale of each property.

To do this, we use a rigorous set of selection criteria, which includes detailed market analyses, structural condition assessments and appreciation potential.

2. Expert Renovation

We gather a team of skilled professionals, and get to work transforming these sad spaces into jaw-dropping homes.

3. Resale the property

After meticulously revitalizing distressed properties, we take pride in presenting these transformed homes to the market.

Our resale phase is characterized by showcasing modern, upgraded, and visually appealing properties to potential buyers.

Business Model

The investor acts as a passive financier, providing the necessary funds for the purchase and refurbishment of the property raised by Vision House.

Vision House is responsible for all operational activities, including the purchase, refurbishment and sale of the property.

A return on investment of between 20% and 30% is expected, and the profit is split 50%/50% between the investor and Vision House.

The timeframe for carrying out the deal, from purchase to construction and sale, is usually 6 months, but in some cases can be extended to 12 months.

Vision House undertakes to pay the full amount invested by the investor if there are any complications during the investment phase.

Architect with over 20 years’ experience, responsible for building and renovation projects, and also as a furniture designer.
